| Ask A Drunk : One Thread |
Seldom have I seen a more enticingly named forum. Do I really have the honour to be the very first questioner? And does this “Drunk” really exist, or is s/he a poetic fiction?

I fear the original drunk must be nursing a very bad hangover, but we all know how that feels. Possibly he/she has a Plan, or maybe an Intention, to make this a forum which will cure all ills, revitalise the economy and usher in the thousand-year reign of Christ and His Saints, but we've all had those. I think we must all constitute ourselves honorary Drunks in memory of our absent friends, much though that will go against the grain of the positively Talibanic lives most of us lead. I at least am willing to sacrifice my liver for the cause.

Drunks, yes, but I’m not so sure about “honorary”. I’ll have you know that I am paid a substantial (albeit negative) amount for my efforts in this field.

Indeed.A forum for the taking!I have missed the Ports board of late.Banned as I am by the bore of an 'administrator.' Herr Leach. I have had to content myself with other more worthy forums developed by individuals that posess real web development skills and do not have to close their message boards for three weeks simply to delete and censor under the guise of 'maintenance.' For there lies the true incapabilites of one so devoid of skill or talent.Amen.

Soren – splendid to have you back where you belong. You may be disappointed to hear that Hubs Morley (that latter-day King Kong to your Godzilla) has no e-mail address at present, but I hope to unleash him here when he gets one.
Feel free to start new threads. We are but pigeons, and you are the world’s most agitated cat.

Rex,you do me far too much justice my friend.Tragic news on Hubs!!! That disjointed personality of his must be raging without any form of technology at his disposal. However I am sure he will be used to sub standard living in that mire of demons known politely as London. No new threads as yet. However, upon my return arrival some darkened evening full of alcohol from the nearby Shore taverns,I will engage.
